The b:joynz ankle stirrup is an orthosis for mediolateral immobilization of the ankle.
The anatomically contoured shells of the b:joynz ankle stirrup stabilize the ankle and prevent twisting. It features an Air gel cushion with a cooling option, ensuring increased wearing comfort. The adjustable heel width helps to adapt to the foot and the degree of swelling. The b:joynz ankle stirrup fits into most shoe styles, thanks to its lightweight, low-profile design, and is available in a universal size that can be worn on either side.
Indications:
- Post-operative protection after ligament suture repair / reconstruction
- Pronation and / or supination trauma
- Conservative treatment of ankle sprains (all levels of severity)
- Functional treatment of ligament ruptures
- Weber A fracture
- Chronic ligament instability
Universal size
To prevent damage to the product, the b:joynz ankle stirrup should only be washed at 30°C (86°F) by hand and maintained with a gentle cleaning agent / soap. Before washing, please fasten both straps to ensure their adhesive property is not affected. Never expose your product to direct heat /cold. Also observe the washing symbols in the instructions for use. Regular care guarantees optimum effectiveness of the product.
